True that girl.I totally agree.Now I can't even think of any other diet plus I hate those kind of diets where they ask you to eat 5-6 times a day.One I hate cooking.2 I can't be eating all day long,I have better things to do:).These days I'm doing 5:2 or sometimes 5:3,trying to get back into shape before I start my work…

I have tried Fasting every other day and ofcourse it works but at that time I wasn't working.I was home by myself.I was working out.

I do resistance training thrice a week and following 5:2 diet.Works for me.

On my cheat meals I don't count.I eat whatever I'm craving for.It can be a cowboy steak burger from apple bees or molten lava cake or both lol my mouth is watering

I have tried doing that,my glucose level would drop badly and couldn't move a muscle.It made it impossible for me to workout.Those calories are way to less.I'm taking 1600-1700 cal even though I'm suppose to take 1830 cal.I'm on 5:2 diet and working out thrice a week.
