Hi it's so good to see people are taking up intermittent fast,I have been following it for past 2 month and happy with the result.I eat 500 cal on my fast days and eat normal on normal days.workout 3-4 times a week.Feel free to add.

Hi I have been on 5:2 diet for past 2 months and have had great results with it.I fast for 24 hrs twice a week,eat 500 cal on fast days.Rest of the days I eat normal and workout 3-4 times a day.I mostly don't eat back my workout calories.Adding you. :)

Hi Stacy,welcome aboard:).i have just finished my week 4 of 5:2.First week was challenging but got easier and easier with passing weeks.Now I hardly feel hungry.I have done 5:2 before and has worked for.This time my target is to go for 13 weeks.Will definitely add you.Good luck.

Week 4,FD 2.Suits me and has worked for me before.First week is going to be hard but gets easier with every week.You can spread 500cal throughout the day or simply have one meal.Give it at least 3 weeks,if it works for you Fine,otherwise you can always look for something that's convenient for you.

How is it going so far?First week is going to be a little rough but trust me it's going to get easier week by week.I am on week 4 and on my FDs I hardly feel hungry.Good luck and keep us posted :)
