Help calculating my TDEE?

Hello,
I was hoping some patient soul out there could help me calculate my TDEE and how many calories I should be eating a day to lose weight.
I'm very confused about all this. MFP gives me 1200 calories but that seems a little low and unsustainable. Even 100 or 200 calories more would be much more realistic for me. I'm under the impression TDEE is more accurate than MFP and hopefully it says more than 1200 calories. Haha.
I weigh 146 currently and my goal is 130-135. I'm 5'6.5" I'm a full time student so my lifestyle is pretty sedentary.
