    By the way, don't do pushups after doing 10 minutes of abs, or you'll have poor form like she does. Abs are best done at the end of a workout, if at all.

    I guess they named it wrong, I'm using it in hopes to lose belly fat, not define my abs...along with 3-4 trips to the gym a week and dieting

    Don't know what to do, I have problems with my arms and my belly, I want to shrink them. I've been doing zumba for almost two years. I have more energy, my legs feel stronger, but my tummy and arms still fluffy. NEED HELP

    you arent going to reduce belly fat in 14 days.Ive been working out and lifting weights almost 3 years and still have some belly and thigh fat. it will come off when it wants too.But I dont see what this workout will accomplish except for maybe a backache from all the bad form

    To lose fat, eat fewer calories, or increase your activity level, or both. :+1:

    The only thing that helped me reduce my middle is weight training. After a year and a half I still have a belly. But the weight training had made the biggest difference
