1000 calories Workout
So I decided to give fitness blender 1000 calories workout a try and darn I was drenched in sweat.Thinking to do it 1/week.Has anyone else tried it?How long have you been doing it?

TDEE
So according to fitnessfrog.com my TDEE is 2321.What does that mean?As per MFP my daily consumption should be 1750 but I'm always eating less than and working out 3-4 times a week.Sorry I know I may sound ignorant.

Why do I feel so fatigued on my rest days?i work out 4-5/week and 2 rest days.I make sure I am on a calorie deficit and I don't eat my calories back after workout.

Will I gain weight if I eat more carbs then the goal set by MFP but still on a calorie deficit?I'm confused.
