Hi all
Is there any home workout program specifically designed for legs?

I've been wondering about legs a lot lately too. I have started doing my leg lifts a few times a day again. I will see how that helps. There are some good examples on Pinterest.

Youtube. Butt Bible. I know it says butt bible, but believe me when I say your whole legs get worked out! I do this 2x a week at home for a bonus leg / booty workout. There are lower workouts, and upper workouts. I haven't done any of the upper, but I have done the lower. There are levels 1, 2 and 3. level 1 is 20 min, level 2 is 30 min and level 3 is 40 minutes. Good luck!

Fitness blender has tons of free workout videos you can do at home. Their web site lets you search videos by what area you want to work (as well as by length, difficulty, and a few other things).
