I've done p90x before and had pretty good results from it - losing fat and getting some muscle definition without getting bulky. That was about 2 years ago and I'm starting it again. P90x has 1 hour workouts so if you're looking for 30-minute workouts, you should be comparing p90x3 with Insanity Max 30. My understanding is that Insanity Max is more geared towards hardcore cardio.0

i never did or heard of the insanity max one, but ive done the p90x and loved the results, even though it is sooo challenging. I found a site that reviews diet/ weight loss products, reviewstoloseweightwith.com and thats where i got my p90x from. i lost about two inches from my waist in 6 weeks, so I am all for p90x haha0

To lose fat you primarily need a calorie deficit. Either workout will help with that by burning calories. I would lean towards p90 for resistance training to help maintain muscle0 -
