Maube becayse you arent eating enough or you are overdoing things or even overtraining or your diet isnt nutrionally great. At least you are resting. What is ut you are doing, how many calories is your normal diet, how much are you burning and why arent you eating anything back?

That's what everybody says here.Yeah I have been over training. As for my diet according to MFP I should be consuming 1500-1700 cal but I'm keeping it within 1200.

So if you are over training(just google it) then you know how undesirable it is and you need to reast so you arent overtrained. Your intake is insufficient as well so your calorie deficit is too large or you arent eating a ood enough diet to fuel your workouts and then aid recovery. 1200 is the absolute minimum for a sedentary female.

Sp tp cit it short the reason you are fatigues is because you arent looking after yourself.

But that does make it easy to solve. Harder isnt always better. its good you are reesting but your boy is telling you somethings not right, so you just have to take better care of yourself :)

Depending on what you are doing for your workouts I wouldn't jump to saying you are over training. I workout 5 days a week doing a combination of heavy weights (stronglifts 5x5), cardio (running, at least 5km each time), and a strength yoga class.
I would say you are under eating though. I eat 1700 cals a day and lose easily.
