I would focus on diet first, after you lose 15 pounds I bet you will naturally want to exercise because you will have added energy and the positive jump start you need you feel with your initial weight loss. Or try to just do it first thing in the morning:) Good luck girl

what are you trying to accomplish with your nutrition/fitness? Lose, Gain, or Maintain? I think to lose you mainly should have a caloric deficit and make sure you don't go over carbs. I think you could get close doing it healthy and you could probably be successful doing it completely unhealthy. And when you do lose weight before Christmas, don't blow it and go completely off track from Christmas to New Year. I did that and I gained a bunch of weight back and kept going through January...lol Good Luck!

You are probably craving the electrolytes. You could try to drink an electrolyte enhanced water (like Smart Water or generic brand). See if that helps and then that might be it.

Cardio is like training any other muscle in the body (heart) it takes training and practice to get to a certain point. Maybe she means healthy as apposed to white flour pancakes that havesugar and butter, etc. Not as many nutrients or protein as something made out buckwheat or a flour that is more nutrient dense.
