Is there a gym near or in your office building? Take an hour for a lunchbreak, go to the gym and then eat at your desk like usual.

This is what I was thinking. You can absolutely create structure in your life even if your job requires some flexibility. Meals, working out, your son's homeschooling schedule - these things can all be planned out.

That's basically what my father did for weight loss challenges at his work. He'd stop eating for a few months, win and then gain it back as soon as the challenge was over. He won every challenge they had. Eventually they stopped doing it after they realized he was losing and gaining the same weight over and over to win the…

What are you trying to achieve with this challenge? What have you learned from your research if it hasn't helped you figure out what to eat?

If you like artsy things, adult coloring books are all the rage now. Search for them on Amazon.

I tried Hello Fresh for a couple of weeks, both the meat and vegetarian options. The meat was not as high quality as I'm used to. I would rather shop for my own groceries and get the USDA prime steak or a wild caught fresh salmon if I'm having a meat entrée. The calories per serving was 600-800 which was a little high for…

Sounds like you need some new friends.

Yep. Also, maybe look into volunteer work. Do something you can put on a resume.

The quality of fast food has gone downhill a lot the last few years. The burgers are thinner. The sandwiches are smaller. The meat itself is lower quality at McDs and BK. At almost $10 for a combo meal, it isn't worth it anymore. I still miss the BK grilled chicken sandwiches of 10 years ago. Those were delicious.
