Non food and non monetary rewards

I need ideas for rewards. I have worked out a points system for daily goals but i need ideas for the rewards, my problem is that rewards i can do regardless does not work, for example playing video games or taking a bath. I do not have a very strong will to force myself not to do something if i want to do it. My budget is also really tight so i cant make a weightloss savings plan. I have already lost 10kg but i am starting to really struggle to find motivation and thought a reward system would work best.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thank you

I went for a 6 month goal ending in September. Epic cheat day at the start of September!

The satisfaction of knowing that you accomplished your goal and a bod that looks and feels better isn't enough?

I would have to agree with this. I also never would advise to "diet" for however long, then finish with a huge binge day. I did that...many times. I was miserable...my life was a constant cycle of diet and then eat what I wanted, diet then eat what I wanted. It doesn't work in the end :(

Cheat days result in sore tummies for me! My most favorite reward is at the end of the day reading "completed her food and exercise diary and was under her calorie goal". I actually don't track the bulk of my exercise through MFP, because I would rather have a larger "unknown" calorie deficit when I exercise. Alternatively if I see those extra calories, I would be too tempted to eat extra.

My next reward is new running socks!

You could reward with a visit to a favorite location like park, museum or library. What about a movie, a new lamp for the den, a pedicure, volunteering at your favorite charity, skipping the dishes, teeth whitening...there are sooooo many non-food related options!
