  • 2015 to today. I was about 175 then and 141 now. I'm more or less happy with my weight, but I want to drop body fat percentage and gain a bit more muscle. Right now, my body fat is around 12.5% and I would like it to be 10% or less. I'm almost there :)

  • I agree, 1 week is too short to know the difference. Ideally, weigh yourself the same time every day (mornings after using bathroom), and you want to find the average at the end of the week. The cardio will shed some extra calories so you can perhaps consume a bit more food, but if you're watching your calorie intake anyways, it shouldn't matter too much. To be "toned" and having muscle definition, really, is not…
  • This is a great tool for tracking how much you should be eating: https://tdeecalculator.net/. Based on what you put for your activity level, it will adjust how many calories you should be consuming. Do NOT add in extra calories after you complete a work out, as this already takes that into consideration. Often times it's…

  • Fitbits are nice because the battery on them lasts a long time. I find I really only use mine to check the time and how many steps I've taken. I don't really care too much about the other features. Yeah, being about to check texts and and answer calls is kinda cool, but I'd much rather just pull out my phone for that then…
