It has definitely been a long time coming lol 3 kids in 3 years and I gained the weight for each pregnancy without being able to drop the weight from the one before. It is a struggle and it is harder some days but y'all can do it. One day at a time. Im still working on gaining back the muscle Ive lost

I dont really understamd that thing. If I forgot to log the water for the day and add it after Ive already finished my lof for the day it can be a 6 pound difference. I just use it as an added guage for whether I need to change something tomorrow.

add me. Im working on 10 pounds of muscle and strength. need motivation and help with this last bit other than crappy protein shakes with added hormones lol

Good luck and congratulations!!! I am quitting for the new year and it will be 2 weeks on Monday. Did not think Id make it the first day and now I am excited to be able to say non-smoker. Still crave but its easier now than it was before. Just know it will be easier tomorrow than it is today.

OMG. I have that from 3 babies so I know the struggle. Sadly the skin wont completely firm up (3 pounds till my goal) but eventually youll be the only one to notice. I see mine when I lay on my side or when I twist in a bikini but my husband says he cant see what im talking about lol. Just keep up the hard work. good luck.

i thought mfp assumed i did nothing... but youre saying that if I spend two hours on my feet dusting switching arms that does not count as a workout? or pulling out all the furniture and moving it back to vacuum counts as no activity?

The treadmill asks for my weight and age too. So why is mfp higher than the treadmill? I dont eat them back bc I wouldnt have a calorie deficit if I did.
