@canadjineh You are right of course, I guess it's lazinesson on my part too. I seem to have settled into never going out, just sitting in my chair with my tablet all evening. DH sleeps a lot of the day away then is up at night. One of the reasons I gained this 50 pounds I think, cortisol again! BTW I meant to write 20%…
