I only really see what my Fitbit tells me and the adjustments throughout the Day. Cool I am glad I know now, thanks!

Ok see even though it is adding on my grams of carbs throughout the day you still stick to say under 20g?

Thanks for the info! my macros in grams currently are 87g(c) 118g(f) 87g(p) I have already been through carb flu after the few days I got back from holiday so I am hoping it's done for now! I will drop my carbs a bit more I get going I think, not sure where I stand on the whole calorie counting thing and whether I should…

I have it sent for 1lb loss a week so I think that's a 500 cal deficit. I normally have it set at lightly active, currently its on sedentary as I was on holiday for 3 weeks but my job is on my feet a lot. I use the fitbit and have negative adjustments enabled. If I put it back to lightly active I have about 2020 cals per…

My goals are to lose weight, have more energy, not feel tired all the time. I am currently 233lbs at 5ft10. I was previously following a paleo/primal low carb way and then thought I would try calorie counting but realised I was eating too many convenience foods and trying to fit in ice cream every night! My energy also…

I did notice that the cottage pie on one day has 1200mg of sodium and on another day the same one has 2mg. Did you just eat cereal for the day yesterday as nothing else was logged? Even when you scan a packet you have to double check it as some of the nutritional info can be missed out, especially sodium.

I looked them up too, they are 28 cals a biscuit, here http://www.foxs-biscuits.co.uk/biscuits/Party/

I have done 2 Whole30's, I really enjoyed it and had a lot more energy and felt happier in general. I don't have any food tolerances that I am aware of either. Now I am eating what I like and counting calories which I prefer as I don't need to cut anything out and I find counting calories kind of fun!

Love my Fitbit Charge, it really makes me move more!
-
Or just set you activity level to what is normal for you and enable negative calorie adjustments, if you don't move enough you will lose the calories.
-
That's what I was thinking, you aren't eating nearly enough in my opinion.
-
Good info, thanks!

At night, if I'm not at the top of the Fitbit challenge board, I will walk around my garden in the dark to get more steps...
