Sorry if I have missed this or if it´s obvious. So I get my carb, fat and protein for the Day on MFP but then I get more calories from exercise which gives me more to eat gram wise for my macros. So do I just try and stick to the same amount of grams per day regardless of the fact it is giving me more to eat?
Hello, thank God for this group and thanks for letting me in :) I have my macros set at 20% (c) 20% (p) 60% (f) does this look good? My diary is open but I have just returned from 2 weeks in Cyprus so may look a little random at the minute. cheers! Lou
