Carb percentage question

Sorry if I have missed this or if it´s obvious.
So I get my carb, fat and protein for the Day on MFP but then I get more calories from exercise which gives me more to eat gram wise for my macros.
So do I just try and stick to the same amount of grams per day regardless of the fact it is giving me more to eat?

I try to stick to grams but give myself a little leeway if I did loads of exercise0

I limit my grams when it comes to carbs and I make sure to hit my protein goal. If I go over protein, I'm fine with it. No hard limit there. And when it comes to fat, I don't watch the grams at all. I just stay within my calorie budget making sure to control the carbs and reach my minimum protein. The percentages fluctuate a bit, but it all works out.0

Ok see even though it is adding on my grams of carbs throughout the day you still stick to say under 20g?0

Yep, I ignore the modifications MFP makes for exercise. And actually I usually don't log exercise for that specific reason.0

I do the same as @Sunny_Bunny_
Also, I try to not eat any exercise cals back, and i always keep my carbs below 20g regardless, but if the burn was high, i would eat back half the calories, absolute max, without increasing carbs, and only if i was genuinely hungry.

I allow myself 30 grams of carbs daily, somedays I eat them, others not.0
