I had this problem too remember? Now I am converted to those coffee cream capsules, 1 of those 12g capsules tastes like 50ml of milk in my tea. Saving so many carbs!

I put the little coffee cream capsules in mine, I like them as they are portioned and they have them at work. 2 of those is 1 carb, I generally use just 1 but if I have a double espresso in the morning I use 2. I never use any sweetener in my drinks. I used to waste a lot of carbs putting milk in my tea but now I also use…

Quest Nutrition also does coconut oil and MCT oil in powdered form too now.

Try the awfully posh brand, I got mine from Amazon, they are pretty good and only use pork and salt. I thnk they could easily be made into a bread crumb.

16:8 is really easy for me to do as i am not a breakfast person anyway, I just have a black coffee and I´m good to go. I don´t start feeling hungry until around lunchtime. I also like to have my main meal at dinner time in the evening anyway.

I have tried it because it contain wheat and I want to be wheat free. There are lots of keto pancake recipes out there that don't use carbquick

I rarely snack, if I do it's usually a babybel or something to tide me over if I am starting to feel hungry. Before keto I snacked allllll the time.

I have premium , it doesn't track carbs better, use the hack. The thing I do like is you can set macros by grams and also you can see your macro overview on the homescreen, not just calories left.
