When I buy the fresh ones the NV's are just for the raw weight whole (I presume, it never says) I weight before eating then minus off the bones after. I never eat breakfast and I have lost 20lbs, I have a cup of tea and then eat at lunch. I have never been a breakfast person so I just skip it. I would rather have more sleep!

I love logging my food now, When I was just watching calories and not keto, I hated it. Now it's so much easier with the food I am eating. I've logged every day without fail for the last 55 days but I don't feel obsessive. :)

I add a 1/4 tsp of Losalt into my bulletproof coffee just to get it up a bit otherwise it looks like I´m not taking in much at all. Seems to do the trick, no more palpitations as electrolytes seem to be balanced.

I am not in the US so I am not sure what the difference is, I use double cream which is probably the equivalent to heavy cream. But don´t they all whip up after a while? Maybe whipping cream has something added.

I made this on Saturday, it was good! although I tried to get away with using less sweetener as I only had Splenda so it was pretty bitter.

I log all my meat in the raw state, regardless if how much fat comes out of it. I don't log the bacon fat separately.

Yes they made me hungry, I could eat a big bowl of pasta, be stuffed and want to fall asleep and 2 hours later want more! Never ending cycle there for me.
