Majority of the week I don't have to work till 2:30.. So I always get enough sleep:p I need to learn to like Greek yogurt, I really don't like yogurt. I have tried to eat it with granola and fruit but it is just not my thing. Maybe I can get to like it. And thank you everyone!:) that helps!

This might be weird but I love making a little cup of it and dipping almonds in it. I only use the chocolate pb2 though. I also like to but it on a rice cake!

I don't eat very much meat at all, maybe chicken every once in a while. But I like to eat black beans, almonds/almond butter, some breads have a lot of protein, fish (I don't know if you eat it though), and eggs!

Yes I almost always get 8+ hours of sleep. I log all my food, I just wanted to have a little extra boost to help out

Any type of loss is progress!! Some weeks your body just is slower at loosing weight, but you are making progress the whole time! I don't know the time frame of your loss but regardless it's a good thing! It may not be all you wanted but it is still progress in the right direction! Proud of you!
