What time do you have your first breakfast? I wonder if it's a psychological thing, you've got so in to the habit of having a second breakfast/early lunch, that your body is expecting food at a certain time and expecting to feel bad if you don't eat. Maybe you could try rearranging all of your meal times for a while and…

Sweet jesus... Doesn't it completely glue your mouth together? I mean I love peanut butter but thats taking it to another level.

You don't need to follow a plan, just eat what you normally would, but log it all and stay within your calorie goal.

I just had a look at my weigh in history and it was eye opening for sure. I started last year at 10 stone 6, lost steadily until I reached my lowest weight of 9 stone 4 in April. I went on holiday to an all inclusive resort in May and my weight shot back up to 9 stone 10....or so I thought. But looking at my history it's…

Isn't this kind of scenario the exact reason that Spanx were invented?

Channel your disgust in to work out motivation. Next time you're on the treadmill pretend you're running away from his shiny baubles, and run faster, and faster...

Mine doesn't either, it makes using the recipe builder a real pain in the *kitten*

I wouldn't say that walking up 2 flights of stairs 4 times a day makes you moderately active, but 1200 is still quite low even if you're sedentary. What do you weight now? How many calories a day did MFP suggest you eat when you input all your stats?
-
You're logging needs tightening up, you've got lots of things measured in cups and things like bananas and eggs you're logging as '1 small' etc instead of the actual weight. Do you have feed scales? And there seem to be blanks in your diary - what happened on Saturday? you've got one meal logged at 1000 quick add calories.…

Have you been losing weight on 1600 calories? Have you made other changes to your diet that could be causing the pains?
-
I don't bother logging herbs or spices, something like a sprinkling of cinnemon in my porridge is so light it probably wouldn't even register on my scales

A lot of hearts have been broken by discovering the true weight of peanut butter.

Having to eat according to your body shape and blood group and stick to all those arbitrary rules sounds exhausting. It's so unnecessary!

Seems like splitting hairs though. I mean if someone is so veg averse that they will only eat corn and beans then eat corn and beans! Aren't legumes just a subtype of vegetables anyway? We don't really have legumes and grains in the UK, it all comes under 'veg' lol.

What are they then?

It makes me laugh when things like packets of Skittles list the serving size as 'seven sweets'. Yeah, sure Skittles, I'm going to count out a portion of seven and then put the bag away. Or when a can of fizzy drink has 330ml in it but lists a portion size as 250ml.

So it's like pulled pork, but chicken, and super dry? and in a bun. 7 of them. I think the lack of fibre and vitamins might be an issue, if boredom doesn't kill you first.

And you can only pay off your debt by exercising, or living on a tight (calorie) budget the next month. Going bankrupt would be getting a gastric band I guess?

So the general consensus is that bananas are good, they do good work for the community and always pay their taxes. Occasionally you will get one that goes rogue and starts chain-smoking and eventually robs a gas station for drugs money, and those ones are best avoided (although you can threaten to make them in to banana…

I bought a block of low fat cheese the other day that actually had a higher protein content than the full fat version. If fat keeps you full, and protein keeps you full, which block of cheese would win in a fight?
-
Fantastic, you look amazing!

being Vegan in and of itself won't help you lose weight, it's the calorie deficit that does it. Now you've had an initial big loss to get you started are you going to incorporate things other than fruit and veg back in to your diet?

Dominos stuffed crust pepperoni with barbeque sauce. We make our own homemade pizza occasionally but despite numerous attempts have never managed to create a passable stuffed crust :(

I've fallen off the wagon a few times but I don't see it as starting over, I see it as part of the weight loss process. Accepting that life is full of blips and you can't always stick to the plan has helped a lot.

If it's your final year then tbh I don't think going out drinking every night of freshers week is the way to make friends. Most people tend to stick together with the people they share halls of residence with to begin with, and it may be harder for you as on older student to break the ice. Why not join a few societies and…

I'm a Quest bar devotee but I've just ordered a box of Think Thin cookies and cream based on the recommendations on this thread. I eat a protein bar most days after lunch because I find them satisfying, but they can be pretty expensive.

I got what you meant. Are you British by any chance? I think it might be a case of our sense of humour not translating well/slightly different uses of language causing confusion.

The only thing I can see in your diary that might be inconsistent is the pick n mix. The calories content can vary depending on exactly what sweets you're having, but as it's only an occasional thing I can't see it really holding you back. I think you just need to give it more time.
