Wow great answers everyone! Lots of people with similar goals! I think I'll look into this recomp and weight lifting when my running season calms down! I agree I don't need to lose weight. I think I'll work on maintaining while gaining muscle. :) also since I didn't say earlier. I weigh between 120-130 which fluctuates a…

Thanks so much for the last two posts! Those are great ideas :)

Also my cheat days aren't planned. I get so hungry sometimes that I literally feel starving and end up eating two extra meals for the day, usually after work. I don't know how to limit my hunger. I'm eating a good mix of protein and carbs, but my job is very physical since I'm currently waiting tables 7-8 hours a day and…

You need to restrict today, up your water and caffeine intake and exercise. There is no way your weight will go up if you do those things. Unless if it's that "time"

Well I guess maybe it isn't normal to feel hungry after dieting and losing weight. Thanks guys! I definitely more than balance my "overeating" with under eating Elizabeth so I agree with you. Being active I tend to burn off the "extra calories". And to the last person yeah I know my metabolism isn't actually any faster but…

I'm right there with you! The thing helping me is self motivation. I have lots of tactics. Basically give yourself reasons to do it or it won't happen. 10 lbs is a way bigger difference than most women on here make it out to be, for me it is 2 inches on my waist and hips and at least half a jeans size ! :O tell yourself…

That said you have done amazing and should reward yourself when you get to goal 1. How about a nice spa day ?

I would wait. 175 is very heavy at 5'7" and so you won't be much smaller when you get to that weight. I'd say wait til you hit 150 to go shopping or once you break 150, that way you're at or right next to your goal weight

Oh and to be safe I sometimes cut calories by 500 or so extra the day I know I'm going out! Just eat light early on and have a big dinner before drinking

When I go out I don't even count my alcohol calories. That would be no fun! Anyway, I don't know how your body reacts to alcohol but I actually lose a lot of weight when I drink ( probably from dehydration) and the weight I lose doesn't come back ever unless I eat bad hangover foods :P

I wouldn't consider that a binge. It is too many calories. How much are you exercising? I almost never go over calories because I'm very active. Try to go for a long run and don't eat any more today

Also is there any benefit from eating ~600+ calories a couple times a month? I feel like my metabolism is working overtime :P
