When Im dieting I weigh myself anytime Im naked in the bathroom. I know Im going to be lower than I ever thought I would be just a few months ago. When the losing slows it foes bug me but I like watching the ebbs and flows.0

You need to restrict today, up your water and caffeine intake and exercise. There is no way your weight will go up if you do those things. Unless if it's that "time"0
