Girl you sound like me! Used to work out sometimes 2x a day at least five days a week minimum and rocked my Fitbit hardcore!!! Now I’m just back into it (about 21 days) and getting back into that AM workout game. Feel free to add and we can motivate each other to get back to that level!

Same here! Life changes really can sneak up and derail your success. Being positive and staying determined is hard but it WILL come back off and you should surround yourself with positivity and know that the mental part is by far the hardest! Good luck and feel free to add me if you want a motivational friend :)

Something I definitely need to be better about. I am inching my wake up time back like that as well. Consistently up before 6, half of the…

Hey girl! I tried Phentermine a few years ago, but I haven't heard of the OTC stuff so I'm not sure how it differs in strength. My experience was decent...the first few days I felt the energy buzz, lesser appetite (this is the main reason why it works), and overall just felt more ready to do stuff. I struggled after a…

Used to use MFP all the time then quit for quite a long time. Never got involved in the 'community' aspect so this go around I want to be way more involved!! I love accountability and motivation and I would love to encourage others too as we all go through our own journeys to our fitness goals. Feel free to add me!
