Hi, I want to join. Last year I was 140 lbs but after massive heartbreak and switching jobs I gained so much weight. dude i am back at 200 lbs... I don't want to let myself go like this. Hopefully we can all lose weight and get healthy together!

I also want ro join, I've lost 21 lbs this year, I began last year at 230 and lost weight on my own.im 151 lbs right now, I'm not expecting to lose 20 since I'm closer to my goal weight of 125, but I'm in!

I don't feel sluggish, I feel more awake. I thi nk my diet could be better nutrient wise, but I do try to eat between 1350-1400 cal rather than the 1200 MFP suggests. I do want to lose weight, but I want to keep a healthy lifestyle for the long run.

I do take one rest day, and I only felt tired on sunday, I did c25k on the morning, but at night I didn't do the shred be cause I had a slight cold. I think if I only jog on sat and sunday I'm okay, I don't really feel so tired that I could barely move.

I've been logging again and choosing different food and I feel ok now. I think I wvwn lost a little weight because my pants feel looser around the waist.

I'm in, last year I did this but never finished it, I think it is because I found it easier to do other things but I'm thinner now so it will give it a go .

It's sad that most of us wanna share with our relatives but they just don't want ro know, people at the workplace seem to do the same, especially if they are the same gender as one.

@aggelikik I'm 5'2 I'm not really trying to lose quickly, I have felt good with what I've been eating but she always says that if you lose wight by counting you will gain it back.

@happygalah sorry that your husband does that, like others say, maybe he has issues he hasn't taken care of etc. @aggelikik I weigh 169 and am 18, I eat like 1200 cal daily, sometimes a little less sometimes a little more.She just thinks that one is starving if one doesn't eat bread or tortillas.

For snacks I don't really get them daily unless I have eaten too few calories, but I like apples. 80 crunches today, gonna try that mini circuit tomorrow.

I also reccomend the thing about measuring your food, I have been using MFP for 2 weeks and I lost 2 kg. You may not be logging your food correctly, I personally just use a measuring cup and the barcode thing on here to be more accurate.
