Thank you Kellycasey5, this is the road I'm going to go down, my problem is that I get a bit lazy after a couple of weeks but not this time, going to try prepping my food similar to how you have explained above and make it as fun as possible, probably get the kids involved too so I keep it going, thanks for your advice

How's the lifting heavy going for you, I lift heavy weight but want to lose about 40 lbs, I've got good shoulders, arms and chest but a belly I need to shift ! Seem to either eat too much of the wrong food and lift like a machine or cut back and lift like a 12 year old girl, any tips ?

I feel your pain, if someone's eating crap food I feel like I'm missing out and want to participate, think twice, you aren't missing out if you're achieving your goals !
