@Alyhuggan I told him I didn't mind him telling me I needed to lose weight that wasn't the problem it was the way he said it that made me feel a certain type of way

Thanks you guys and I completely understand what you are saying and I did let him know he was in the wrong. I am hoping I'm able to get down at least to start with losing 20. Just have to keep going and know I can do it
