  • Already got 150 minutes in today and I am short from hitting max by 30!! Need to rest a while since I just did light weights and stretching and maybe try and get the 30 minutes in. Going to go out with a bang. It'll be sad to not have the challenge to do after tonight.
  • Up at 4am to get my SIL from work. Came home took a small nap then up and got a little exercise im. Going to try and max out this week but that means I have 300miles to get in today and tomorrow.   • Challenge 2 complete! I did When in Venice, Take a Gondola seated cardio and strength video. I picked this one cuz it's easier on my knee and honestly it a perfect workout when you can sit on your butt and still get a workout I'm So I've got all my Challenges done!!
  • Challenge 1 completed I did the Sydney Bridge Climb ended up with 1360. Took me longer than expected because I wasn't at work with the 3 flights at my feet, so I finished them at home.
  • @MissionEnforcer what is going on with the spreadsheet lately?! Is it just my phone? I have a hard time accessing the spreadsheet. And when I do get there it goes to week 6. Can someone update my miles for today to 120 please??

  • For challenge 1 I will be doing the Sydney Bridge Climb. I'll be finished with it tomorrow. I'm up to 948. I like taking the stairs instead of elevators so my work makes it easy to get the challenge done. Not sure about Challenge 2 yet
