I did Stronglifts for 6-8months, then Wendler, Texas Method, and now on PHUL. Each program was for 6-8 months as well before I moved on to the next program.

Ok thanks, I have added some active rest days in between. I started in late October 2019 and I think I’ll do PHUL for another 3 months and then find something else after. Day 1 - upper power 1 Day 2 - upper power 2 Day 3 - lower power 1 Day 4 - lower power 2 Day 5 - swimming Day 6 - upper hypertrophy 1 Day 7 - upper…

I’ve been on it for 3 months now and it’s ok. There are more accessories in this prpgram than the Texas Method that I did last. I wish I can go faster and finish a workout quicker but it’s hard. I do the workouts during lunch break on weekdays and weekends are packed with kid’s activities. Thanks for the reply.

I just noticed your username. We started playing Unstable Unicorn game last night and don’t quite get the linking at the start of a player’s turn. Has potential tho and cute game.

Interested in this as well. I use a Timex Ironman GPS but it’s manual in that I have to press a button each time I complete a lap. It also doesn’t upload to Strava. I have to upload to another social site, export that, then import to Strava. A little painful that way.

I did the same and gave up Facebook for lent last year and continued to not use FB. Replaced it with Instagram however so I will give that up for lent this year. I’m putting my mobile phone down as well, using it for phone calls/texts, Strava gps, Personal Training Coach app, and use my computer for the rest. It’s only for…

I just got upgraded to another iphone today and reinstalled all my apps including MFP. Lo and behold, all my weigh-ins now appear fine.

^^ this. Exactly my thoughts on the MFP vibe.

Thanks. I use the iOS mobile app and this is what I see at top right. I have picked “All” time frame and only get from Nov 2018 to today. I also tried the other time frames like 1year or 6 months etc but still only get the Nov 2018 data to today. If I then click on Progress Photos from the same screen, I can go as far back…

I just had another scan done using InBody under similar conditions from before, same hydration levels, and the results appear close to the one done in March Looks promising.

The caliper body assessment I had done used a 7 Site system. I had to strip down to my boxers for this and was not quick so I hope to not do this again for some time. I also used a tanita body composition analyzer Tbf-300 to compare but I think I have to get measured under consistent conditions like you said, especially…

I thought I attached scan. Here it is again. I am comparing it to a bf assessment done last July 2017 using harpenden skinfold caliper method and the lean mass and bf % are not too far apart. Mind you stepping on a weigh scale is easier and less invasive so perhaps InBody scan is just as accurate? Hard to tell as the…

I took the sleep test by bringing a device home with me instead of going to a lab. Result was that I have mild sleep apnea but not enough to warrant getting the cpap. My wife did say I stopped snoring after losing some weight. Two others I know were prescribed cpap masks because they were diagnosed with severe sleep apnea.…

I get this too - looking old for my age because I lost weight - comments coming from ones closest to me. Don't know how to respond to those yet..

I'm here every day too. Enjoy reading the forums. Add me as well.

I'll be attending a 2hr pre-diabetic class offered by Fraser Health in Feb after I convinced my doctor to refer me to a nutritionist or dietician. I'll find out how useful this class is with meal planning.
