If they add a food or a recipe to the database they concentrate on calories, fat, sugar and possibly protein. How many foods do you see on here that don’t have the iron, salt, cholesterol or vitamins…
  • I’ve found that the majority of foods entered into the datatbase only have the basics logged. People losing weight are usually interested in carbs, fat, sugar and calories. I’ve eaten foods I know to be contain Iron but they show as 0 iron in the nutrition info. So if it’s saying you’re not hitting your fibre target, maybe…
