I started at 1200 and have been under every day as also exercise but generally choose low calorie foods and have lots of protein

I do try to eat smaller portions but generally when serve up half it to be fair lol! A year ago was super fit. Easy to put weight on when get comfortable in a relationship as stop exercising as much and eating more rubbish when stay in etc. Plus tend to have bigger portions but where as he can get away with it I can't!
