You can import a recipe on the MFP website by using a link to the recipe you are using. If it's in a book it will have to be typed in by hand though.

I did the first workout of C25K yesterday. Whoa. I had to pause twice, but I finished it. I will continue to do it, and hope to see a big difference in my endurance once I'm finished. Thanks to everyone for all of your tips! I tried going slower yesterday. I feel like I may have found that slow jog pace I was looking for…

I had an egg muffin cup with zucchini, scallions and cheese (104 calories each) and 2 slices of eureka! grainiac bread with just a little butter. Filling and satisfying. I'll also have oatmeal with some nut butter and a small handful of chocolate chips for some added sweetness. I also like doing a 1 egg veggie omelet with…

I love Olive Garden light salad dressing. They have been selling it at my local Walmart and I don't even have to use a full serving because it's so flavorful. I even carry a bottle with me when I go out. I love it that much!

Thanks for everyone's input. Like I said, I am totally new to this. I've just randomly seen things in fitness blogs where people are eating/drinking certain things before or after a workout and I just wasn't sure if there were any benefits to it other than just being hungry. I am focused on overall diet and nutrition for…

I wish I had an answer for you, because I am in the exact same boat. I will do great all day, then after dinner and before bed I just feel like I ruin it all with snacking. I want chips or something sweet usually. It makes me so mad! I have done a lot better than what I used to be because I'm more conscious of what I'm…

Less sickness since we've been using them. If someone does get sick, we get over things much quicker. We are supporting all of our different body systems with different oils. I've personally alleviated nausea and headaches with certain oils. I used an oil to remove a wart from my thumb. I've had redness removed from my…

That being said, I can't speak for everyone who has tried it, but it has worked for 2 people I personally know.

I have 2 friends who have actually gotten off meds switching to the AIP. It can be done if you truly stick to it. They still have full panels of b/w run every 6 months to check, but it's been working well for them for over a year now. My dosage has recently been reduced as well after cutting most dairy and eliminating all…

I haven't visited this thread in quite a while, but I must disagree with your comment. Essential Oils have helped myself and my family tremendously.

Yes, I am still taking my meds. I wouldn't ever just stop taking them without talking to a dr, but i don't think doing whole30 will mess with them. I've been taking levothyroxine since 2010. It's weird taking a daily medication for sure. I hate it, and would love to get off it it eventually. If you're using YLEOs, I would…

I hope you are able to reach your goals!

Yes, I'm doing it to help myself ease more into the AIP (auto immune protocol) for my hypothyroidism. This will be a lifestyle change, not a diet. I plan on sticking to this for life so I can control my thyroid disease with diet rather than medication. Thank you!
