It's so hard this time of year to stay motivated. I find myself making excuses for not working out. I catch myself eating cookies just because "Tis the season"! I have lost 75 pounds so far. I'd still like to lose 25. Im getting married in June and want to be a cute little petite bride! Add me! I need the motivation too!

I have absolutely zero energy in the evening. If I don't get it in by 11am...forget it!

Yes! The inches are better than the lbs! Are you still doing well with it? That cardio one whooped me!

So awesome! 5'1" here and down about 75 lbs. I so wish I had kept a pair of my size 20's! I'm in a 12 now and I'm pretty sure I haven't worn that size ever in life. I went straight from a Sear's pretty plus to a women's size 16. Way to go!

I've lost about 75 lbs. my favorite thing ever is when I bump into someone from high school or just someone that I haven't seen in a while. They look at me with recognition...but also confusion. I know who they are and I know they'll remember me...but that awkward moment! It makes me smile.

I think I only ended up losing around 10 lbs with it. However, it really made me feel confident! I mean, a year ago...I wouldn't have survived a week! I've since started running and decided to start T25 again. I only have about 20lbs to go! Keep at it for sure! You'll feel like a rock star!

It's definitely not heavy lifting. I only use 5 pound weights with the workouts. She does a lot of things in plank. She really enjoys the plank. My shoulder are showing so much definition, perhaps from supporting this 165 pounds every. Single. Day. Thank you for the input!

I had to have my fiancé hide the scale. I was getting so upset when the number would go up, even just a couple of ounces. I waited two weeks this last time and had gone down 2.4 pounds. Worth the wait to put a smile on my face instead of feeling frustrated every morning.

Wow! And THAT explains a lot. When the scale doesn't move, but your clothes are fitting better, that just may be why!

Thanks everyone! I guess that's sort of what we're doing as is. I guess it's just a test to my will power as well. If I make cornbread with a healthy turkey chili, I just have to have a sliver. I guess I should've said, it's just tricky for me!

Good call....but still...ha!

Thank you all so much! I also have an obsession with what I call "scale obsession". I swear, I want to weigh myself every morning. It drives me mad! :#
