I'm the same. I've found intermittent fasting daily has been helpful. Logging my calories here has been a huge help to really have to see what my eating is.

I didn't know this app did that, but I use a 7 day veiw for caloric intake. I also do alot of fasting with 1 day when I eat 4 or 5 or 6 times in the course of a day. But the other 6 are 16:8 or 20:4 IF. I feel better about crappy days, as I log daily, because I know that over the course of a week, I'm usually in check.

I look like I lost 50 lbs, but at this point, the number on the scale doesn't matter. I am stronger, faster, happier, and my clothes aren't fitting anymore! I can fluctuate 10lbs or so in a day too (I'm 6'1" 230# male) but I've never thought I should seek medical attention for that...
