I think I've had a few little moments that build up to become a "No More" moment! Definitely many over the years. This time was realizing I was avoiding clothes that used to be too big for me because now they're too small. Uhg.

I grill TONS of chicken and then cut it up and freeze it. Then I thaw and put it on salads, or mix with veggies and some kind of sauce (marinara, alfredo, teriyaki....) something like that. My gym offers BodyPump classes, which I LOVE! Really helped me to learn proper form and it works all the muscles!!

I had the same thing happen to me! The thing most people don't consider is that you are burning calories ALL DAY, not just when you exercise. your basic expenditure is essentially what your body burns in a coma, doing NOTHING. Every time you walk around or do anything burns calories. Though I am fairly sedentary too...MFP…

Added! Good luck in your journey! One thing that has always helped me is to journal everything! How you're feeling, what you ate, goals, motivations, etc. Then on days where you feel like giving up...go and read those days where you felt good! Sometimes that helps get me back on track.

Unfortunately diet sometimes makes a bigger difference than exercise in weight loss. Take a look at what you're eating and see if there are things you can adjust there and see if that makes a difference. Try drastically cutting sodium and see if that helps jump start you :)
