Hi all,
Let me just start by saying that I haven't been below 200lbs since 6th grade. I was never fat, just a big muscled kid. Well, as I get older now (32) I just can't cut weight like I used. I got a great type from an ex-bodybuilder (without the scary physique) who metioned the following workout. Do 5 supersets of 20 reps each. Right after, jump rope for 30 seconds. This worked wonders for me when I was 28 but I can barely do 4 supersets now and I dread jump rope.
I'm eating healthy with lots of protein and vegetables but I just can't seem to lose the weight. For cardio I do the elliptical and lift 3 days a week. If anyone out there can relate please send me an encouraging message. I appreciate your kindness. - Chase
