Me: 3 LNS: 1* Yeah, that's 4th of July for me.

Me: 3 LNS: 0 Although I had my last snack bite at 9:30pm yesterday. (My goal is to not eat after 9:30pm).
-
July 1 Me: 1* LNS: 0 We usually eat dinner late, finishing around 8pm, sometimes 9pm. So my goal is no late snacking after 9:30pm. (We usually go to bed at midnight.) 4th of July would be a challenge --- since we're having a bbq party at our house! I might as well put a "1" on LNS right now. But of course, I wont do that.
