Hello, I am 47 going on 48 and the scale moves waaaayyyy tooooo slllooooowwww for me as well. My MD told me its just a matter of really watching food intake ( may 1200-1400 a day) and getting regular exercise-especially weights. Also, I tend to lose more with minimizing my carb intake. Hello there, We love veggie chili--just make a recipe sans meat. Or, veggie curry --you can buy curry sauce in the grocery store and add peas, sweet potatoes, and whatever else and it is fab. Or, great veggie enchiladas--some fab recipes on pinterest. All of these are hits with crowds of all ages:)
