175 pounds is way impressive!! A couple of bad days won't make much difference in the long run. Just get back to doing whatever it is you have been doing so well!

I find that if I eat fruit with fat or protein then they do not affect my weight loss. The protein or fat help to slow down the affects sugar on the body.

Your english is great! I find sometimes friends want you to cheat so they don't feel so bad about eating poorly. I just make sure I eat before I go or pack a snack. It's much easier not to cheat if you aren't hungry!

Plateaus are normal and frustrating. Make sure you are eating less/exercising more now that you weigh less. If you have had the same diet and exercise for all 5 months you may want to change things up a bit to see if it will make a difference.
