Have you adjusted your calorie targets based on your new weight? You could be still eating based on the calorie needs you had when you were heavier and your deficit is much less now. You can do the setup wizard again to check it out, or use a TDEE calculator.

Plateaus are normal and frustrating. Make sure you are eating less/exercising more now that you weigh less. If you have had the same diet and exercise for all 5 months you may want to change things up a bit to see if it will make a difference.

The smaller you get the tighter your logging needs to be. That couple random bites of something during the day you used to be able to take and not log, is now going to impact you. The guessing on something you didn't feel like weighing on the food scale is going to now impact you. The little things you could get away with before you won't be able to get away with anymore.

Eventually, the vast majority of people will hit a plateau. It's completely normal. You'll need to shock the system to get the ball rolling again. You may need to decrease your intake a bit. You may need to increase your intake a bit. I had that happen to me. I hit a pretty big plateau, and broke it by upping my calories and carbs. You could also up the intensity of your workouts too. Play around with it a bit to see what works.

How many calories are you eating now? What are your macros?
