Depends on what you do for physical activity. I walk all day at work, about 10,000-15,000 steps within 8 hours. Then Ill bike before work and hit the gym afterwards and come in at about 4,000 calories burned for the day. I also use a Fitbit Charge HR so i have a decently accurate idea of how many are being burned. When i…

Always eat enough.. If it's clean.. Don't worry about adding fat.. Do you own a calorie tracker.? I use to go through the same thing when I would bulk up and then do a cut. I figured eating less calories would get rid of the fat but in turn it would use my muscles for energy. I went all out with weight training and doing…

That sounds strict, must be for health reasons. Fats are 9 calories per gram.. Just go with healthy fats like nuts, avocados, (natural/no sugar) yogurts, milk, etc... Its hard because these healthy fats typically have proteins

Confused as well, dont worry about your protein levels.. If you lower carbs, ensure you get enough protein to retain muscle mass.. Am i missing something? Please let us know

Depends on what "weight" you are trying to lose..super low calorie diets and lots of physical activity typically means your losing fat, yes, but also muscle and will eventually feel very tired and not healthy.. i wear a Fitbit HR daily to count my calories burned and finish in a surplus everyday but still able to lower body…

Grab the t-bar for back rows, hook it up to a cable pull down. Dont use the end handles but position your hands in the middle with a overhand grip. As you pull down keep your elbows tucked and never break 90 degrees tp your shoulder. As you get to the bottom of the push movement, focus on squeezing the tri's. After that…

I prefer to take the high carb and work my *kitten* off approach. Ive done little to no carbs and it drains your energy levels. I always end up rebounding with more weight than when i started, a few weeks later.. I now eat 400-500 grams of carbs a day and stay as active as possible and watch the fat slowly disappear.…

I need about 4,000 calories a day to maintain.. So i aim for 4,250-4,500. Its not easy with clean calories but you can do it!! Eat big to get big!! (In a good way haha). 5,000 is do able.

I love helping people weather its with weight loss or weight gain, i have done both. Ask me anything about nutrition or exercise and i would be happy to help! If you fail to plan, you're just planning to fail! Eat clean people

All depends on how much you burn. You need to be slightly surplus to gain muscle but not too much to convert it into fat. I need about 4,000 calories a day to maintain.. So i aim for 4,250-4,500.. Good luck.. Its not easy with clean calories but you can do it!! Eat big to get big!! (In a good way haha)
