If your TDEE is under 2500, then probably.
You need to eat over your TDEE. What that is is anyone's guess, there isn't enough info provided.0 -
My TDEE is 3100 so is that how much calories I need a day0

All depends on how much you burn. You need to be slightly surplus to gain muscle but not too much to convert it into fat. I need about 4,000 calories a day to maintain.. So i aim for 4,250-4,500.. Good luck.. Its not easy with clean calories but you can do it!! Eat big to get big!! (In a good way haha)0

No not enough at all atleast double that but you have to know your body type hit me up and i can help you if you want to get mass and it a totally diffrent work out then weight lose0
