Is 2500 calories enough to gain muscle

    If your TDEE is under 2500, then probably.

    You need to eat over your TDEE. What that is is anyone's guess, there isn't enough info provided.

    My TDEE is 3100 so is that how much calories I need a day

    All depends on how much you burn. You need to be slightly surplus to gain muscle but not too much to convert it into fat. I need about 4,000 calories a day to maintain.. So i aim for 4,250-4,500.. Good luck.. Its not easy with clean calories but you can do it!! Eat big to get big!! (In a good way haha)

    No not enough at all atleast double that but you have to know your body type hit me up and i can help you if you want to get mass and it a totally diffrent work out then weight lose
