I'm usually loggin in on desktop though I do use the app on my phone at times. I'm using explorer and haven't had pop up notifications but maybe I should look into that or use another browser.

I'm really looking for accurate calorie burn which I thought the HR Charge would provide.

Thanks all, appreciate the feedback. :)

Actually, I made the band tighter and I probably will get a good reading but, it's not as comfortable as I'd like it to be due to make it tight so the "sides" bend a little and curve around my wrist.

I've done a few challenges and had success. You get what you put into it. Some people need structure and specific direction to help them along. And yes, the habits you create put you on the right path to a lifestyle change. I will admit, it's the clean eating that probably produces the most results though. The last one I…

I meant no offense by my comment of no right or wrong, just that it seems there isn't a definitive answer that yes, you should or no, you shouldn't. I appreciate all the helpful comments and info from EVERYONE, thanks!

I do....hanging head in shame, lol. I knew it would make a difference but half??

Treadmill actually said more, I'm undermining it...I've used some calculators to try to determine what my burn is. Of course none can be entirely accurate but I did 45 mins at 4mph with a 10 incline.

RGv2....yes, for instance, today I will have consumed around 1350 calories but burned over 300 on treadmill. Some days are better than others. I eat all day, 3 meals, 3 snacks...tons of water.

Thanks all. I definitley can't cut back any more calories, with exercise I'm netting around 1000 calories/day. I did break out the scale and measure my protein out for the week in case I'm overdoing the 4 ounces and it looks like I was by at least an ounce. I've also been eating cheese everday (an ounce) and may need to…
