  • I wouldn't really call it a reward, but more along the lines of "serious motivation". When I lost 10 lbs and could really see the difference, I went out and got myself a motivation dress to hang in the closet. It's figure hugging and super sexy. I try it on once a week to see the differences. It works for me. I don't want…
  • You're not taking anything too seriously. This is your body, health, and self image. Maybe try explaining to him that being a stay at home mom means you take care of everyone, but you'd like the support and understanding to take care of youself, too. You're doing it for you and a happy momma makes a happy family.
  • You can definitely do it! All you need is a support system, lots of motivation, and to stick to it. I'll add you and we can help motivate eachother. We'll be ready for anything by next May!
  • It's about an extra 4 lbs for me. It's so frustrating!
  • Great job! Something you own finally being too big is the best feeling ever.
  • You look beautiful!
  • Although the number on the scale is important to me, I gotta agree with you on the BMI. It really does depend on the build of the person. Not everyone is gonna naturally have the same muscle tone or distribute fat the same.
  • Feel free to add me! Having the extra motivation really does keep you on track. I know you can do it!
  • I can just eat a plain avacado with salt and pepper. So you can imagine how happy I was to see that Subway has guacamole... It's terrible. I just don't understand how they could make something so great taste like that. But yes, always avacado. But do it fresh.
  • I wanted to lose about 25 lbs and get to back to140 and maintain it. I've lost 14 lbs so far!
  • Added! I've recently started adding friends and it's really does help so much with motivation. I don't feel like I'm out here working out by myself. Haha
  • Hey miss lady! Feel free to add me. I'm not trying to get actual skinny, but I'm definitely trying to get "skinny". Haha

  • You're doing great! You look beautiful!
  • You look wonderful! Great job!
  • I lost 10 lbs and finally started seeing the difference after about a month.
  • I love DDR! I've found a few used dance pads and games at thrift stores. I have a 1 yr old son that's completely amazed that he can control the TV with his feet. Haha So I set us both up in workout mode and get to it. I get my cardio and he gets to jam! It's been working out great for us.
  • A goal dress is a great idea! I have one in my closet right now and nothing gets me motivated like that sexy little black dress. You're beautiful, btw. You can do this!
  • I feel your struggle! Trying to lose that baby weight, take care of a new born, and still magically eat just the right amount for you both is tough. I'm pretty sure I went through those first few months in a constant daze. But I know you can do it!. Feel free to add me!

  • I'd like to lose around 10 to 15 lbs and tone up. My body is just different after having my son, so I'm not sure what my ideal goal weight would be anymore. But definitely be more fit.
  • I love the crop top trend and I want to be apart of it! I lost my toned tummy after having my son and I'd love it back.
