I've been going strong since May and was feeling so outages since I have only lost 6 lbs but today when I went to put on my swim dress (they are not easy to put on usually) it slipped right on and I had to keep pulling it up!!! I must be losing inches not just pounds!!! Yippee!!! I could use more friends if you want please add me!!!
