I do.lots of cardio, running, walking, football etc. I'm 27. 12.4 and have an athletic body. Trying to trim my belly area without losing much weight. Being watching what I eat and am.only consuming 1800-2000 cals daily but eating really well. But really don't want to lose too.much weight so.I'm unsure what to do
