I have the same stats as you, im 5ft 4, same weight and clothes size but my scales say my body fat is 24%, I hope yours are inaccurate not mine haha!?

I had Chicken drumsticks tonight, I had 4 (grilled) which weighed 290g, I weighed the bones leftover and that was 90g so I only logged 200g worth? I hope im doing it right lol

I am 5ft 4" and currently weigh 151 lb, down from 190. So still a good bit to go yet :smile:

I am 5ft 4, when I weighed 13st 3 I was a tight UK 16! I now weigh 10st 11 and am a loose UK 12 (not quite a 10 yet though)

A Solero is around 92 calories for a full size ice cream

Its just annoying how much effort its taken all week to say no to sweets and ice cream at work, iv sat there and gone hungry while everyone else is munching away haha!

Thank you :) makes me feel a bit better! I may have had a bit too much salt on my food yesterday I suppose lol. I do weigh every day but only record it on a Saturday morning. Ill try again tomorrow :)

Correct me if I am wrong but I dont think your BMI number is related to your body fat % xx

That seems a bit odd, im only 5ft 4, 155lb and 25.5% body fat, my BMI is 26.8 and I am a size 12.

I am 5ft 4 and currently weigh 155lb, i have the same goal. Iv been eating (well trying to stick to) 1300kcal per day, and losing atleast 0.5lb per week, sometimes 1lb but ill admit I do go over my calories at weekends haha

I really appreciate all the "reasonable" comments thank you, some others there are just no words for, some people are just crazy... I feel much better today, I think I may have just restricted my sugar for so long and needed a treat.

Wow I am thankful to people like this you have restored my faith! Until this post I was thinking what the hell- Im a binge eater and have a sugar addiction similar to heroin now because I ate one cream egg hahahaha!

Great idea thank you ill try pre-logging it :) It puts me over around 150 calories, if I did this everyday would it make a massive difference to my weight loss?

I do allow myself a little more at weekends, i think id go insane if I didnt! Even then I prefer to use it wisely on good food rather than chocolate though lol. I suppose the scales will tell the truth if I havent lost anything this week I will know why!

No I dont touch my excercise calories usually, I have been losing from 0.5 - 1lb a week usually but this is a new thing, the last few weeks. And yes I weigh everything that enters my mouth, scan all barcodes or input the details myself. My current weight is 154lb so still overweigh, I still have a good amount to lose.

My main concern is that I am doing it when I am not even hungry, after iv just finished a good sized meal? When I am actually hungry chocolate is the last thing I want... Am I just weird? Haha

I stick to 1300kcal per day, im only short- 5ft 4 and been doing this for around 8 months now, i have lost nearly 3 stone so far, i have another stone to lose but really not feeling it lately!

Erm I know this.... but this particular Creme Fraiche is 80kcal per 100ml where as standard double cream is 350kcal per 100ml, and the taste isnt much different when mixed with the other ingredients. No brainer for me! And if this whole meal is "really high in calories" then well you crack on and starve eating dust then…

I made up this version with a lot of trail and error, get this is a restaurant and it would be atleast triple the calories! Its my way of still enjoying a meal that I love and making it fit into my calories for the day!

No i did see that word? My Misfit speedo would say around 350cal per session, it used to to take me around 35 mins non stop. And i never ate back my calories.

Weight Loss- with or without exercise is hardly an easy way out LOL
