I have been using MyFitnessPal for the last 18 months and lost just over 3 stone so far, I have another…

Weighing/ logging meat on the bone
This never seems accurate to me but I may just be being paranoid! I currently cook the food, weigh it, then eat it (not the bone obvs) then weigh what is left and log that weight for my calories. Is this right? MFP never states the weight with or without bone on the options so its confusing! What does everyone else do?

Is Ketosis real?
I am just wondering/ interested if anyone has done this with success? Or is it really just another way to eat at a deficit? Apparantly you can eat as much protein and fat as you want (for example: even if its double your TDEE- so not at a deficit?) and so long as your carbs are lower than 50g per day and you are in…

I did go for a 2.5 mile run on Saturday and horse riding yesterday which I do feel a bit achey from? But how de-motivating! Does anyone else ever get…

I only lose every 2 weeks?
I dont know if this is odd or not, for the last few months despite eating at a consistent deficit (goal set to lose 1lb per week) I only seem to lose weight every 2 weeks. Eg. I weigh myself- 2-3lb loss, then nothing sometimes even an increase, then 2 weeks later another 2-3lb loss! Now dont get me wrong I am not…

I am 5ft 4 and currently weigh 11st 2lb, my start weight was 13st 12lb. I am trying to get to 10st but the last part is happening so slowly! I have cut out alcohol and I eat around…

I eat well and stick to my meal plans within my calories during the day, The only sugar I usually eat all day is a banana for breakfast.
