I think you misunderstood, i am still losing weight- average around 1-2lb per week, the same as I was when I was swimming. why is that a problem?
-
How small minded... Some people cannot exercise and it has nothing to do with if they are lazy or not. If you have the ability to read you will see What I wrote previously- I am already pretty active.
-
This all makes me feel a bit more at ease thank you, i havent got the time (or energy after a long day at work) to do much extra than what im already doing. But Since I gave up the swimming I have been losing still and not really any slower thinking about it. I used to swim 1 mile 3 times per week, you would think that…
-
What type of exercise?
-
Haha thanks people!
-
Thats brilliant well done! I walk quite a bit anyway with my 2 big dogs, iv always done that though. I hate the gym, i did start swimming a lot at one point but gave it up because its too much effort washing and drying my hair every time haha!

My Self worth is based on my achievements in life, but What is wrong with wanting to look and feel your best? Especially when you have worked hard for it. How is that "dangerous"?

Thank you
-
Well to me that old pic knocks me sick...
-
Going off when iv calculated this on websites it is giving me alot more calories than I thought, its very confusing!
-
I have had 2 choc cupcakes, some homemade choc brownies, 2 milkyway bars and some matchmakers this week, iv lost 2lb! If i didnt have what i wanted and deprived myself i wouldnt have stuck to this for 3 months and lost 27lb in total.
-
It does, because its a toxin which needs eliminating Agreed!
-
Hmm thats a good point, although I havent touched a drop for 3 weeks now lol?
-
Ill try that then lol thank you  this is the first time iv measured since I started so I think I was just expecting a change of some kind x
-
-
Yes defo, i measure at the smallest part of my waist? Thank you
-
Why would I think I am different? I have posted on here to ask advice and to see if anyone else is experiencing the same!
-
I am happy but it still worries me that my waist size is still in the unhealthy range according to the NHS website? Hopefully it will start decreasing after iv lost abit more
-
My pants dont touch my waist lol thats my hips! I dont wear Simon Cowels

I did it first thing this morning after going to the toilet, I do the same when weighing myself too? I was lead to believe when losing weight it comes off your core first, my waist measurement is 33inch so if thats anything to go by im classed as obese still! Although my dress size is now a UK 12-14 down from 16-18

I did a lot of research as one of my projects when I studied Human Biology, and if your simply google it, the evidence is there in black and white. If alcohol was "liquid fat" i would not have lost 23lb since the beginning of June while still drinking lots most weekends.
-
No that is incorrect. It gets metabolised by your liver, prioritised over food to get it out of your body quicker. Therefor when you drink alcohol you go to the toilet more.
-
Your body doesn't process alcohol the same way it processes food
-
I cant usually remember how much and what iv drank, but I still lose atleast 1lb every week without fail!

Solero ice lolly, 94 calories

What a silly idea to come up with? http://www.aworkoutroutine.com/starvation-mode/

I go out nearly every weekend and get legless, usually end up with a kebab on my way home too and i have still been losing every week. I have lost 22lb since 1st of June 2015. I just work really hard sun-fri to stick to my calorie limit

Asking someone to advise, in my book is asking for explanation? Not a 1 word answer lol
-
Thank you :) only half way there yet!
