I always have something sweeter after a meal personally but I factor that in with my meal and I end up with two larger meals for the day in my calorie budget :) so uh, yeah after every meal I usually have some chocolate, Greek yogurt parfait, banana cookies, halo top etc

Look into 5:2, intermittent fasting, etc for ladies some studies have shown that fasting isn't good... But life can get in the way way and many cultures practice different ways of eating. It's not abnormal for many people to just have a cup of coffee and be okay until like 1pm and have a big lunch. Binging, overeating, etc…

I do the pancake version and usually if the banana is overripened enough it tastes perfectly sweet. They turn out kind of custardy, though. Not sure how the muffin version works, do you add baking powder or something? Try them without Splenda first and if you need some extra sweetness you can always smear on some marmalade…

I'm really sorry to hear that you had a heart attack.. I don't have a good salad dressing option but I do think a tiny bit of lemon, and cracked S&P make a delicious little flavor boost to most salads instead of dressing. Just be careful with the salt.

Nothin wrong with a splurge I agree! I don't eat clean. I tend to eat all my favorite foods every week, but not these horrible caloric beasts that are in no way satisfying that I listed :smile: the idea of carbs carbs fats fats and not much else doesn't make a good splurge for myself. Here here! Same! I used to order fish n chips and honestly I just don't want them either. Too many calories and not really worth it. Milkshakes too! Deep fried monte cristos with powdered sugar on fries at Bennigans as well! Oh wait that was just me again.

Oh boy haha yep that's pretty heavy! That's like a deep fried loaded potato. And elephant ears yeah, that sounds like carnival food. I stick to donuts when I want fried dough now at least it isn't in carnival-sized portions!

Yep I had some strange eating habits! Mom used to make spaghetti With a 1 to 1 ratio of cheese to spaghetti. Add some flavor like onion and then eat it with tortillas. Yes. Very gross. I think it's perfect use of the word gross :) I don't wish to work that in my diet lol

It does sound like you are doing the right things but if you find yourself eating and eating (binging?) try to reevaluate what you eat and how hungry you truly are while your eating. Always stay hydrated too and wait at least 20mins after a balanced meal to see if you are full. Oh and brush your teeth after you're done…

I'll take a Alfredo zoodle dish, a juicy simple hamburger, a *meat* taco, and a cinnamon swirl oatmeal over the real things now a days, but it's always ok to have a snack sized Cinnabon if ya know what I mean :D
